Think outfits using only one color are boring? Think again!
Blue from head to toe,yes it can be done. I originally had a white shirt on,but I was not happy with it thinking it was a bit boring. So,I went looking for a blue shirt that kind of look similar to the jeans;like I didn't have enough blue going on lol.
If you are not sure on how to rock the single-color look without looking like you are trying to hard? Here’s how to pull it off!
-I would say start off with basic colors like blue, grey & black since they are easy to work with. When I say blue,I don't mean the usual denim blue, go out of your comfort zone a little bit for example you can try royal, navy, and powder blue.
-One key point is to incorporate print and texture to your look, as I did above, the white stripes on the shirt gave the outfit the contrast it needed from looking cartoonish.I would suggest not going for the same shade of color all over, instead wear a striped or printed shirt in the same color family.
-Break it up with a touch of color, again as seen above I added a bight yellow skinny belt to take the attention off all the blue going on.A neon watch, bold red lipstick, emerald earrings, and orange or animal print handbag can do the trick.
