You never look causal in flare pants and that's always my goal to always look chic.I wore this out to celebrate Deborah aka MsNerdyChica birthday couple weeks ago.
This look is the perfect example of work/party outfit.I had my blazer on for work,then ditched it when I got to the restaurant.We celebrated at the Hudson Terrace on the west side.
