This Zara double buckle skirt was very popular last fall.When I saw it I knew I had to have it until I saw the $99 price tag.I had several conversations with myself whether or not I should spend that much money on a skirt and if it was worth it.I decided it wasn't and went on with life.Two months ago,I walked in Zara and saw that it was on sale for $29.99,and I grabbed it and went straight to the register.I am camel obsessed right now.
