One of the great things of going on vacation is leaving behind the long morning make up routine. I love doing my makeup in the morning, I think it's part of my self care but at he same time I love doing a lot less when I'm away on vacations. It'd be nice to wake up like this but I ain't Beyonce but I am perfectly okay with that. Here I am sharing my 3 vacation makeup must-haves.
Benefit precisely my brow pencil #1 Until I get my eyebrows micro-bladed, the benefit eyebrow pencil is my best friend. I cannot live without it. I don't know how I've only discovered it about 6 months ago. Where have you been all my life? As someone who has sparse eyebrow hairs, a brow pencil is a requirement in my beauty routine. Even when I am not wearing any makeup, my eyebrows must be filled in.
This pencil glides on so smoothly without taking your own brow hairs out which used to happen with my old eyebrow pencil. I wear two colors since #5 is always sold out. I do prefer #4 since it's usually available and I do feel that #5 is tad too dark for me.
Tarte Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara #2 My 2nd item is mascara because my lashes are alike with my eyebrows are there but you ca't see much since they are light. My favorite mascara over the last two years have been tarteist by Tarte. This mascara coats my lashes so nicely without any struggle and I love that it comes off so easily at the end of the day.It gives me so much fullness and it's not drying, a tube lasts me a good while.
Estee Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Creme Lipstick ~ # 46 & Rimmel Lip Liner in Tiramisu #3 My 3rd is some nude lipstick/lip pencil . Yes I need to have some sort of lipstick on when I have a bare face. My all time favorite(been wearing this for 7years now) nude lipstick is by Estee Lauder #46 Barely Nude (Creme). I don't know what it is but since I've discovered lipsticks, I have not been able to leave my house with my lips bare. I've worn red lipstick everyday even to the pool or beach for the past 5 years which I've since retired. Now I opt for more neutral tones like Lolita by Kat Von D, my favorite pinky nude.
For lip liner I use Rimmel 050 in tiramisu, it's my secret weapon for lining lips for any type of nude lipsticks. I buy it in bulk. Always have two in my bag.
When I go to tropical places where a full face of makeup is not needed(more like cannot keep from melting). These are my 3 makeup must-haves.
