3 ingredients pancakes(Gluten Free)

If you guys didn't know,I have recently given up gluten. I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made. I've never felt so good.The difference in my waistline/weight was instant.
Pancakes are one my favorite things to eat for breakfast on the weekend.I was sad and wondering if eating pancakes was over for me. It was not over! I have experimented with coconut flour pancakes and they are good,but not my favorites. It is safe to say that these 3 ingredients pancakes are the one. The boy and I usually fight over these. These Pancakes Have Only Three Ingredients (And Flour Is Not One)

2 eggs
1 banana, peeled, chopped roughly (not too ripe!)

2 tbs Almond butter(i use Justin's)
You don't have to, but I add cinnamon and vanilla extract on mine.

Turn on the oven at 375 degrees F.
Prepare the bananas by peeling them and mashing them with a fork.
In a bowl,Whisk eggs, almond butter,and banana and mash together to form a batter. 
Line baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the batter two spoons at the time and leave a little space in between.
Serve with fresh strawberries or other fruits available,organic maple syrup or sweetener of choice. You can also add nut butter, seeds (sesame, chia, hemp seed) and a drizzle of raw honey.
