I've wanted to wear more off shoulder tops but since I'm small and busty, it makes it near impossible to get a top that fits.I have been taking a sewing class and decided why not start making my own. I watched a few Youtube videos,read some DIY blogs and bam I made this top. It's super easy,quick and cheap.
