The simplest way to wear culottes: with a plain white top and some cute sandals. Culottes are the perfect transition piece from summer to fall and spring to summer. I wear them at least once a week for work. It's the perfect piece when you don't want to look like you're doing too much in the summer.I just love how roomy they are.I think that's why they are one of my staple pieces.
