Pot De Crème

How random naming this blog post after some loose French dessert custard dating to the 17th century. I had pot de creme for the first time last night at Fig and Olive in Meatpacking & loved it. I'm kinda sad I've never done restaurant week before until this year as
far as I can remember. I've been really enjoying the 3 course meals.  I typically don't do appetizers & dessert when I go out since I mostly go out for brunch these days.
Paris has ruined me when it comes to desserts. I had chocolate mouse everyday for dessert whenever I'm there and now I am a convert. Mind you I used hate desserts.How could I? Well when you grow up Haitian, desserts are not a big thing in our culture as far as I know & from my experience.

But let's talk about the elephant in the room. All white after Labor Day. I think it's the best fashion rule to break as an all white/cream outfit can look uber chic in the winter. That's my go to I don't know what to wear to an event/dinner but I want to look chic. 
I've been searching for this pearl bag in white for over a year now and finally found it. Judging by my face in these photos you can't tell how stoked I am. This pearl bag is a dream and goes with all my neutral outfits. Would you wear and all white/cream look in the winter?
