HAPPY FIRST DAY OF FALL! I've partnered with Haven Well Within on my instagram to help you and me get back to our routines. This was what felt like our first normal summer since the panini. A lot of us traveled, explored our own

backyard/city. It was a summer to remember but now Fall is here! 

It's been a crazy busy September for me with NY fashion week behind us, back to school for some and back to the office for others, it's time to get back into your routine. It's also time to reset and get focus on goals.

Fall is my favorite season, the best one in my opinion.  The air is crisp, fresh, pumpkin flavored everything, leaves changing their outfits... With the temps cooling down, it's the perfect opportunity to carve out some time to make our home cozy again.

I love having a routine, it helps to stay organized and focused.  I find life to flow easier and get a lot done when I follow a routine. Of course make room for some spontaneity and inject a little fun or something different to your routine. It can can switching up a product in your skincare regimen, or skin cycling, or trying a different flavor tea every week. Take a different path during your walks...

But how do we get back into our routine? 



Cozy cashmere sets

I love a good set because they are chic and also will keep me warm since I don't like having the heat on due to the noise. Haven Well Within is wellness heaven and you can find all the beautiful sets to not only keep you warm but also look chic doing it.

The thing about working from home and being productive is looking good. When you look good, you feel good! If you're the type that loves to dress up to the office, then a cashmere set is perfect if you've switched to home office.

A new scent

Make a lighting a candle at the end of the day part of your routine. There's something so luxurious and romantic lighting up a beautifully scented candle and let it filled your home. It's one of my fave Fall/winter routine.

Tea time

Pick your evening beverage. Whether it's tea or chocolate. Looking forward to making tea in the evening is such a luxury that I so enjoy. Do share with me your beverage of choice?

Create a Night /Skincare & reading(or doing whatever relaxes you)

Of course night skincare is a must. You mustn't go to bed without doing your night skincare routine. It makes a world of a difference on your appearance and of course keeping your skin healthy. At night time when you get to go all out and do your 10 steps routine like I do

Go on a Hot Girl/Guy Walk

I work from home and sometimes I spend days inside without going outside. Don't worry I socialize with the mailman. I find it hard to want to go outside when it's hot but Fall/winter you can catch me on my hot girl walk. I've been making a conscious effort and getting outside every day and I am loving and looking forward to temps dropping even more.
