Pink again!I just couldn't pass that skirt when I saw it.It's so beautiful and I love the length and the black around the waist because no other color compliments hot pink better than black.
On another note, 2011 is about to be over and this year was such a learning experience which I hope to use in 2012. I am still debating whether or not it was a bad or good year? It was certainly painful and motivating. I am so happy that finally I took the plunge and started this blog because it brings me so much happiness. I can't thank my lovely readers enough for their support.

Outfit | Black On Black

This is the outfit I had planned to wear for Christmas dinner,but did not due to some unexpected changes. Every year I always wear a dress and decided this year was time for a change,I actually wanted to wear a jumpsuit I spotted on Zara.com but never got around to go to the store and try it on to see how it'd fit.I found this black asymmetrical skirt and two days later the lacy top at F21,I thought they were perfect for each other. Since its black on black,I chose these color blocking shoes and clutch creating some contrast here.

I just cannot see myself staying away from colors anymore, I want to own trousers in every color of the rainbow. I just can't see me wearing black trousers, I find it boring nowadays; don't get me wrong I still wear a little bit of black with snakeskin prints. This winter I intend to do the opposite of the usual black & gray attitude, I am all about spicing up my outfit with a burst of color. A pop of color is such an attention grabbing addition that can elevate any look and make you standout from the crowd;whether it's a clutch,a piece of jewelry,lipstick...A touch of color can easily take an everyday look to a much more captivating place.

What are you doing to spice up your winter wardrobe?

Everything H&M. I would suggest wearing tights if it's really cold out.

Who said you can't wear floral prints in winter,the No.1 fashion rule: There are no rules.It's all about the type of floral prints you choose to wear;for winter going for  darker floral prints as the skirt worn here can do the trick.Be sure to pair florals with a matching solid or stick to black and solid colors for the rest of the outfit.While everybody else is soaking in the winter blues in (black and grey which can become quite depressing),but you can stand out against the crowd wearing some winter florals. 

I would also suggest choosing big, bold prints as opposed to tiny flowers of summer.Even better If the flowers run into one another and bright colors, as well. They should be big and obvious.

Apologies for the lack of post, was in the process of switching to domain and it took longer than expected due to my lack of computer knowledge. I decided today I have to get this thing working or else, so after browsing the net and reading I finally got it to work and back to posting.Yay! It's cloudy out today and not really the best time for pics,but something sweet happened with the blog working again.

I can't believe we're only a week away from Christmas and no shopping done, I am such a procrastinator always wait the last minute. Hopefully, I'll get in the mood tomorrow since its Friday(my motivation day).
