How To Achieve the Chic Girl Aesthetic? We all want(well some of us) that chic girl, effortless look, but

how does one pull it off?

My whole blog is built around chicness, I think I know a thing or two about being chic!

It would be nice to wake up and exude effortless chic vibe but not all of us have mastered the look. It takes time but one can get there.

Wear your hair in a Chignon: I mean what the hell is chicer than a chignon, rien! The word "chignon" comes from the French phrase chignon du cou, which means nape of the neck. Try it

Sunglasses- They automagically make you look cool & chic, but be sure to pick the right shades for your face shape. That's the number one mistake I used to make, be sure to go to the store and trying a few shapes on or look up influencers with similar facial structure as yourself and see what shades look good on them and go from there. I do that a lot myself, especially with Marianna Hewitt, I think we have similar face shape and I tend to buy any sunnies she owns. 

                                       

Gold Jewelry - I am definitely biased because I looooove gold everythingggg and gold jewelry is the ultimate class. It's chic, timeless...

                                      

The perfect white shirt : What's a chic girl without the classic white shirt, it doesn't exist. I own more than 2 dozens white shirts and always buying new ones. They all serve a purpose.

                                          

The Wide Leg/Oversized black Trousers: You know the chic girls love their oversized trousers, super fitted pants can never look effortless. I am not saying fitted don't look good but they're not effortless and chic girls are all about looking like they put no effort in.

                                           

Ribbed Tops/Tanks: They are perfect to go underneath all their oversized shirts and blazers. Everyone should own a few ribbed tanks, they're so effortless without trying. But the trick is to wear them underneath a shirt or blazer

                                       

Strappy black heels: Another classic staple in every chic girls wardrobe.

Cool/colorful Bag: Chic girl are somewhat minimal with their outfits but they go a little colorful with their handbags. Handbags are the perfect accessories to be a little playful with

                                                      

The perfect Blazer: I don't know any chic girl that doesn't have the perfect blazer. C'est impossible!
